About The Project
Situated on an elevated site, overlooking Yallingup’s main beach, this gorgeous new modern beach house by Tallwood offers the perfect place for family gatherings in WA’s beautiful south west. Composed of strong, horizontal lines and interlocking forms postured above natural stone walls, visually evoking stability and bringing the building closer to the earth.
Internal feature walls of our spotted gum timber provide a rich, rustic aesthetic while also being durable. The material selection was also carefully chosen in consideration of successfully achieving a BAL 12.5 Fire rating.
