About The Project
This project at 333 Glen Eira Road in Caulfield North, VIC showcases the clean and contemporary design capabilities of Mortlock Timber’s TRENDPLANK Cladding System. Delivered for Formation Landscapes, the project uses fine-sawn Vacoa timber cladding, pre-coated in WOCA Black to create a striking, architectural façade.
With set-length battens and a clean 120mm profile, this installation was designed for precise application and visual consistency. The deep black coating offers a strong design statement while allowing the natural texture of the timber to subtly emerge, creating depth and dimension.
The use of end-matched and pre-coated profiles reduces installation time and on-site finishing, while enhancing the project’s clean lines and minimalist appeal. TRENDPLANK was selected for its sustainability, durability, and timeless aesthetic, adding richness and natural warmth to the outdoor space.
